Kotohikihama (Kotohikihama Kakezukai Suiyokujo)
A campsite adjacent to Kotobikihama Kakezu Beach in Amino Town. Kotobikihama is a 1.8km long beach famous for its "singing sand" and has been selected as one of Japan's top XNUMX soundscapes, Japan's top XNUMX beaches, and Japan's top XNUMX green pines.
It is the world's first non-smoking beach and the entire community is committed to environmental conservation.
(Smoking is prohibited on the beach because the singing sand immediately stops singing if cigarette ash or other contaminants get mixed in.)
