Hometown Travel Voucher Campaign Sales Start

The Kyotango City Tourism Corporation is running the "Kyotango Hometown Travel Voucher Campaign" for stays in the fall (September 9st to October 1st), and will begin selling "Kyotango Hometown Travel Vouchers" (hereinafter referred to as "travel vouchers") from today, August 10rd.

This campaign is being carried out with subsidies from Kyotango City, with the aim of driving customers to accommodation facilities in the city that have been affected by the spread of COVID-19. By allowing the campaign to be used in conjunction with the national Go To Travel Campaign and the Kyotango Minna no Arigato Coupon, the campaign aims to differentiate itself from the other campaigns being implemented nationwide at the same time.

In addition to selling discounted travel vouchers, the campaign will offer the appeal of seasonal Kyotango foods such as fruit and rice as part of its perks, with the aim of revitalizing the city's tourism industry and stimulating local consumption, thereby realizing year-round tourism by developing new demand in the city's off-season, autumn.
