      (A) Those who operate year-round lodging facilities or similar facilities
      (a) Those who operate year-round tourist facilities or similar facilities
      (c) Regional tourism associations, tourism organizations, and other similar entities
   2. Regular Member B
      (A) Those operating seasonal lodging facilities or similar facilities
      (a) Those operating seasonal tourist facilities or similar facilities
      (c) Those who operate experience facilities or similar facilities
      (D) Those who operate restaurants or similar facilities
      (E) Those operating retail stores or similar facilities
      (F) Those who operate manufacturing plants or similar facilities
   3. Regular Member C
      (a) Public transportation and other similar entities that have jurisdiction over the entire city area
      (a) Industry associations, economic associations, and other similar organizations that have jurisdiction over the entire city area
      (c) Individuals, corporations, organizations, or other similar entities that have addresses or offices outside the city
      (D) Those who are specifically permitted not to join a branch due to unavoidable special circumstances, etc.
2. Supporting member
   Individuals, corporations, or organizations that support the activities of this regional headquarters (Kyotango City Tourism Corporation)
3. Donor Member
   Individuals, corporations, or organizations that donate a certain amount or more to the activities of this regional headquarters (Kyotango City Tourism Corporation)

*The base date is April 4st, and payments are made once a year by October.
* If you join after October, the membership fee will be half the regular fee (paid within one month).
* In the case of illness, etc., the amount may be reduced or waived.

1. Regular members are granted voting rights at general meetings.
2. Regular members, supporting members, and donor members have the following main benefits:
   • Accommodation agency contract, accommodation system usage contract
   • Experience placement contract, experience placement system usage contract
   • Developing tourism products, participating in tourism campaigns, etc.
   • Posting on the website, social media, and tourist brochures
   • Participating in business meetings, sales calls, etc.
   • Use of the Tourism Organization's EC site (Kyotango's "Hometown Delivery" service)
   • Participating in seminars, training sessions, etc. hosted by DMOs, public corporations, tourism associations, etc.
   • Use of translation services
   • Use of useful information email distribution service
   • Use of newsletter publishing services, etc.
   • Use of services to secure human resources and address labor shortages (such as the "Otetsutabi" collaborative project)
   • Use of marketing research data, etc.
   • Use of image data, video data, etc. owned by the Japan Tourism Organization
   • Priority/preferential orders (contracts/purchases)

You may voluntarily withdraw from the membership at any time by submitting a withdrawal notice.

If any of the following apply to you, you may be expelled by a two-thirds majority vote at the general meeting (an opportunity to defend yourself will be given before the vote).

1. When there is a violation of our Articles of Incorporation, these Regulations, or other rules.
2. When an act damages the reputation of the Company or the Regional Headquarters or acts contrary to the purpose.
3. When there are other valid grounds for expulsion.

In addition to the cases in the previous two paragraphs, your membership will be terminated if you fall under any of the following:

1. When a member has not fulfilled his/her obligation to pay membership fees, etc. for more than two years.
2. When all regular members agree.
3. When a member of the Regional Headquarters dies or is dissolved.

*If you lose your membership, you will lose your membership rights and be relieved of your obligations (however, you cannot be relieved of any unfulfilled obligations).
*Even if you lose your membership, any membership fees and other contributions already paid will not be refunded.
