In preparation for the expected recovery of inbound tourism, the Sea of Kyoto DMO will be holding the Sea of Kyoto Inbound Tourism Academy for tourism-related businesses in the area with the aim of accurately understanding changes in travel styles and needs in the post-COVID era, as well as establishing an appropriate reception system.

Participation in the seminar is free and participants can attend any session of their choice as four sessions will be held online, covering topics such as the basics of customer service, creating local content, and food hospitality.
