(1) Individuals and corporations that have offices, stores, factories, or other business establishments (hereinafter referred to as "business establishments, etc.") in Kyotango City and conduct business activities
(2) Individuals engaged in agriculture, forestry, or fishing in Kyotango City, and corporations organized by such individuals
*For individuals engaged in agriculture, this applies to those who are primarily engaged in agriculture.

Target businesses
(1) Business utility cost reduction project
(2) Fuel cost reduction measures for transport vehicles, etc.
