A yakitori restaurant located in an old house on the outskirts of a rural town.
We purchase whole "Kyoto Jidori" chickens from Miyama, Kyoto, dry-age them, skewer them, and grill them over charcoal only. We also serve yakitori with vegetables from Tango and seasonal ingredients. We also offer a la carte dishes using French techniques.
